Processing Time

Please note: shipping time does not include processing time.

Orders typically take 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to be prepared before shipping. Once your order is on its way, it’s in the hands of the carrier (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping

While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.

Make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you need to make a change, please email us within 24 hours of purchase—we’ll try our best to help, but since we start packing quickly, we may not be able to make changes once your order is in progress.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to resend it—reshipping fees will apply.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Need to make a change or cancel your order? Please email us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do everything we can, but if your order has already been packed, it may be too late to cancel.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase so we can help. We’re unable to resolve concerns submitted after that timeframe.
